On the basis of Article 13 of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (Decree 679/2016, ‘the GDPR’), it provides the following information

1. DATA MANAGEMENT GOALS

The Data Controller processes data in accordance with the current legislation for the following purposes:

a) data of customers are processed relating to conduct business operations in order to fulfill legal obligations and maintain customer relationship;
b) processing data of employees
c) processing data of contact persons of partners
d) fulfillment of customer orders
e) facilitating internal administration

The website of the Company does not use cookies.
The Company does not make profiling, i.e. does not evaluate the personal data it processes.

2. LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Processing Your personal data is established by the following legal basis:

a) issuing invoices complying with accounting law: legal basis: GDPR Article 6 (1) (c)
b) contact: legal basis: GDPR Article 6 (1) (f). In case data of employees of partners, the legitimate interest of the data controller establishes legal basis for data processing: business continuity.
c) processing data of employees: legal basis: GDPR Article 6 (1) (b), (c).
d) processing data contractual partners: legal basis: GDPR Article 6 (1) (a).
e) online registration: legal basis: GDPR Article 6 (1) (a).

3. DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING

The retention period for invoices are minimum eight years due to legal obligations. The retention period for the documents on which the invoice is based is also eight years.

The retention period for the employment documents is 50 years.

The retention period for the data provided for maintain relationship is maximum one year after the termination of the relationship.

Retention of data related to the performance of a contract: the date of contract expiration, but not more than five years.

4. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

In connection with his / her personal data, the person concerned has the rights specified in the law.
Rights of the data subject:

a) Right of Access (access to their data that is processed, and the fact if any of their data is processed);
b) Right to correct or update data in case a data is out of date or incorrect;
c) Deletion of data (only in the case of consent-based data handling);
d) Restriction of processing data
e) Prohibition of using processed personal data for direct marketing purposes
f) Transferring or prohibiting the transfer of personal data to a third party service provider;
g) Requesting copies of any personal data processed by the data controller; or
h) Protest against the use of personal data.

5. REMEDY

In Hungary, the data protection supervisory authority: Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (H-1125 Budapest, 22/C Szilágyi Erzsébet avenue) ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu.

Legal procedure: The processing of data protection cases falls within the jurisdiction of the court. The suit may be filed before the court of the place of permanent or temporary address of the person concerned, at his/her choice.
